撫子は十月中旬まで咲き、秋の七草のひとつです。古来より、その可憐さから「大和撫子」の言葉に象徴され、優美で凛として、和の情躇に満ちています。白あんに練りきりをビーツで染めて、淡いピンクのグラデーションにして、その姿にしました。 

Nadeshiko, one of the seven flowers of autumn, blooms until by mid-October. Its delicate beauty, symbolized by the term “Yamato Nadeshiko,” reflects traditional Japanese grace.I tinted white bean paste nerikiri with beetroot to create a soft pink gradient inspired by the flower.
