東近江市で栽培された、濃厚な味わいの黒イチジク（ビオレソリエス）、有機レ-ズン、有機くるみが贅沢な味わいです。ほんのり香るラム酒風味の羊羹です。

This yokan is gently flavored with rum and enriched with luxurious ingredients: rich-tasting black figs (Violette de Solliès) grown in Higashiōmi, along with organic raisins and organic walnuts.
