暦の上では立冬を迎え、だんだんと吐く息も白くなってくる頃。霜が降り始める晩秋を表しました。こし餡を寒天で絡めた大納言小豆で包み、氷餅で仕上げています。

As winter begins and frost appears in late autumn, this confection conveys the season with koshian wrapped in Dainagon azuki set with kanten, finished with iced mochi.
