つぶ餡を道明寺でふっくらとした形に包み、焼すじを一の字に入れて鶉の背に見立てています。

Uzuramochi is a sweet modeled after quails (uzura), wrapped in domyoji (glutinous rice flour) and shaped plumply, with a single grilled line to capture the back of a quail.
