水の音/mizunooto　５月

やわらかな陽ざしにきらめく、水辺の風景を映した上生菓子です。静かに響く水の音を繊細な彩りで表現しました。ほんのりジンの香りを付けたこし餡の薯蕷饅頭に、水色の羊羹を浮かべました。

“Sound of Water” is a wagashi inspired by the sparkling waterside scenery of May.A jyo-yo manju filled with smooth red bean paste lightly scented with gin is topped with pale blue yokan, expressing the gentle sound and shimmer of flowing water.
