うさぎ薯蕷 / usagijyoyo　10月

夜空に輝く美しい月に思いを馳せて、うさぎの形の薯蕷まんじゅうにしました。栗名月とも言われ秋の収穫に感謝を込めて、旬の栗の餡を包みました。

Inspired by the beautiful moon, this rabbit-shaped jyoyomanjyu is filled with sweet chestnut paste to celebrate the autumn harvest.
